Biographie
I have an extensive background in Live Events, Performing and Visual Arts. Travellng the world, working with internationally famous artists for the past twenty years has fed my passion for exploring the boundaries between sound and vision; creating sounds from images and images from sounds. I have a ascination with sensory interactions and the juxtaposition of the natural and the artificial. In these strange times without live events I have taken the opportunity to mine this rich seam of creative endeavour. Current projects with Sarah Jay Hawley and Damde8 Collective, collaborations with experimental musician Marina Moore, as well as with my own band Surreal Appeal, will be revealed as
the year goes on…
J’ai une vaste expérience des événements en direct, des arts du spectacle et des arts visuels. Voyager dans le monde entier, travailler avec des artistes de renommée internationale pendant les vingt dernières années a nourri ma passion pour l’exploration des frontières entre le son et la vision ; créer des sons à partir d’images et des images à partir de sons. Je suis fasciné par les interactions sensorielles et la juxtaposition du naturel et de l’artificiel. En ces temps étranges sans spectacles en direct, j’ai saisi l’occasion d’exploiter cette riche couture de l’entreprise créative. Les projets en cours avec Sarah Jay Hawley et le collectif DAMde8, les collaborations avec la musicienne expérimentale Marina Moore, ainsi qu’avec mon propre groupe Surreal Appeal, seront révélés au fil de l’année…
